Installation and Set Up:
Screw driver required. Set the plastic base into the middle of the steel tube lining up the notches on the left of the base with the left and right side of the steel frame. The steel flat strap at the bottom of the frame slides into the slot on the bottom of the plastic base. You use a small amount of down force on the plastic base (usually with your foot) until the base clicks into the frame. There are two security screws the secure the steel frame to the plastic base located near the bottom of the frame on each side.
Open the graphic and slide it over the steel frame. It easily slides down like a pillow case over the frame rails. Try to keep the bottom of the graphic level /even as it slides down. Once you have the graphic all the way down, there is a small Velcro piece on the graphic that attaches to the frame on both sides to secure the graphic.
